Yes. Multiboxing is allowed within the rules (especially for WoE). Details are in the Rules.

Run the patcher to completion (new sprite pack). If it persists — create a topic in the "Bug Reports" section with a log.

Check your connection and other downloads. The server is in the EU; for persistent issues — write to tickets with a traceroute.

No. The server has no pay-to-win, no cash-mall and no paid features. The only bonus is for voluntary voting on toplists (vote4points).
