Monk Job Change

The Monk job change is the second growth path for Acolyte (the 2-2 branch). To become a Monk you need an Acolyte at job level 40 or higher and plenty of patience: you face a material-gathering test, a spoken oath exam, an endurance trial, and a final combat maze. The whole journey takes place inside St. Capitolina Abbey (map prt_monk) under the guidance of the senior monks. Your reward is a close-combat weapon.

Merchant Job Change

Become a Merchant — the trader of Rune-Midgarts who buys cheap from NPC shops, sells dear, and rages with the famous Mammonite skill in battle. Everything is handled at the Merchant Guild in Alberta: file an application, pay the membership fee, and pass a simple delivery 'license test'. No monster hunting required — just carry a sealed package to the right address.

You must be an Archer of at least job level 40 to begin. Everything stays within pre-renewal ep11.2, no pay-to-win.

Gunslinger Job Change

Gunslinger is the firearms expanded class you change into straight from Novice (skipping First Job). Master Miller, the guild instructor on map que_ng, sends you with a letter to an old alchemist in Payon, where you gather a few simple materials and bring back a glass of milk. The easiest way to reach the guild is through Einbroch — a warp NPC near the city moves you to que_ng. A class quirk: guns and ammo can only be bought from special Gunslinger guild stores.

Archer Job Change
