Level 4 Weapon Quest

Quest giver: Bazo Umbala
Description

The Level 4 Weapon Quest creates a top-tier, fourth-grade weapon, the most powerful weapon class in pre-renewal ep11.2. In Umbala, the smith Bazo forges these using the evil power of the dead city Niflheim, so it is costly and risky: basic metals, a pile of rare ores, and a pure element of chance. You don't pick which weapon comes out, the result is random, and the forging itself can fail on the first try. Bring extra materials.

Walkthrough
  1. Level up to at least Base Level 70 — Bazo won't proceed until you're strong enough to withstand the weapon's evil power.
  2. Find Bazo in Umbala at (117, 285) and accept the craft; he'll explain the materials needed.
  3. Bring the basic metals: 10 Gold, 50 Steel, and 10 Emperium.
  4. Bring 30 of one rare ore of your choice — Citrine, Turquoise, or Agate. The ore decides the weapon's trait, so gather 30 of a single kind (a surplus is fine, but Bazo uses only one type).
  5. Bazo takes 10 Gold, 50 Steel, 10 Emperium and offers to 'raise your luck' with a monster-guessing mini-game.
  6. Play the guessing game: 5 tries to guess one of four monsters (Poring, Hode, Obeaune, Minorous). You must guess right at least 1 time out of 5. On failure Bazo takes 10 of your ores to 'drive away the bad luck', and you must retry with fresh ores.
  7. On success Bazo takes 30 of the chosen ore and starts forging. The weapon merges on its own and the result is random — it may be an Immaterial Sword, Slash, or Quadrille.
  8. Collect your finished lvl4 weapon. Want another? Return to Bazo and run the whole process again with new materials.
