Description

Kiel Capry is a custom NPC in Prontera (147, 177) that grants access to Kiel Hyre Dungeon. The girl herself only warps you to Yuno field 08, to her father's house. There, inside the school (kh_school), the NPC Kiel Carlo lets you into the dungeon for a fee. This is not an item-based story quest, but a paid warp entrance to the dungeon.

Walkthrough

Approach Kiel Capry in Prontera (147, 177) and talk to her — she asks for help with her father, stuck in a broken elevator.
Agree: she warps you to Yuno field 08 (74, 173), where the school house stands.
Enter the school and find Kiel Carlo (kh_school, 119, 146). He offers to jump down the lift shaft straight to the dungeon for a fee.
Meet two conditions: Base Level 70 or higher and 10,000 zeny on hand.
Confirm — Carlo takes 10,000 zeny and drops you inside Kiel Hyre Dungeon (kh_kiehl02).
After your first run, both Kiel Carlo and Kiel Capry can warp you to the entrance via a short cut.
