I checked the availability of the quest, it is indeed disabled by default. And many more interesting quests are also turned off - we will turn them on. But there may be crashes due to a lack of resources in the client. We will fix this in the process.

Доброе утро , хотел узнать ! Будете ли вы ставить NPC которое делает слот в вещах?

Эти НПЦ введены в 12.0 эпизоде. А любой бэкпорт уже нарушает суть идеи. Будут включены нпц по квестам на слотовые очки, шапку мага и т.п., их больше десятка, и все те что соответствуют эп.10.3.
