Here's another idea. Probably the passwords were brute force and the system blocked the account. It is very strange that the password was written incorrectly, but it is possible. Alternatively, check the local policy settings in the security/account passwords section.
In this case, you need to create a user with a unique name and delete the standard “Administrator”!
Make the conditions for blocking/disabling accounts easier.
and if the same situation occurs:
1. in the Hetzner firewall, block all incoming connections (outgoing if necessary)
2. reboot the system
3. wait for the time to unlock your account (configurable in security policies)
