This is the final result of one specific Level 4 weapon branch (lv4_weapon == 19).

1. Progress the Level 4 weapon quest to Tabezthan’s branch configured for Caesar's Sword.
2. Turn in the materials required by your current stage in that branch.
3. Tabezthan starts the ritual crafting sequence (dialog about the magic circle and the city of the dead).
4. In the final switch, when case 19 is active, he says:
That is Caesar's Sword.
5. Reward is granted: getitem 1134,1.
