Walkthrough
1. Talk to Guarnien and accept his tutorial:

2. If needed, raise Increase Weight Limit to level 4 and return.
3. Continue until he explains Item Appraisal.
4. Learn Item Appraisal (level 1), then talk to him again.
5. At tu_merchant == 1, if Item Appraisal is learned, he gives:
• getitem 1351, 1 (Battle Axe)
