In this source, Cap is a random final Sleipnir seal reward, not a standalone one-NPC turn-in.

1. Start the line with Cukure at que_god01 98,98.
2. Choose:
Sure, why not.
3. Complete the Sleipnir research progression up to the final hand-in stage (god_sl_1 == 50).
4. Turn in to Cukure again.
5. Receive one random item from the final reward pool.

Cap mapping in pool:
• The table includes getitem 2227,1 (slotted Cap variant).
