Vigorgra

Source: npc/quests/The_Sign_Quest.txt

1. In The Sign quest, reach the stage where NPC asks about Vigorgra (menu includes Vigorgra?).
2. Pick the friend-help option: I need Vigorgra for... a friend..
3. Complete sub-steps and return to the NPC.
4. Item grant line is getitem 7044,1.
5. You then carry it forward in the next Sign storyline step.
