1. Progress 4th Level Weapon Quest to the smith Valhallan Smith branch.
2. In dialogue, pick the weapon branch Tirfing/Talefing path.
3. Turn in the exact materials listed in that branch.
4. Reward line is see lv4 branch reward (Talefing_/Tirfing line).
5. Choosing another branch yields a different level 4 weapon.
