Piece of Spirit

1. Progress Sign Quest to the seal-breaking phase (Break_Seal function).
2. Strike the seal with a weapon; on successful break roll, seal opens.
3. While brokenseal <= 4, you receive:
• message "You have obtained a Piece of Spirit."
• getitem 7306,1
4. You need 4 pieces; the last step combines them into the next quest object.
