1. Gather Doomed Sword rumors, then go to Mysterious Man at pay_fild08 218,283.
2. In the Mysterious Blacksmith dialogue, choose the Grimtooth path.
3. Bring: Ogre Tooth x100, Cursed Ruby x5, Blade Lost in Darkness x10, Old Hilt x1, Emperium x1.
4. Hand over the materials and confirm forging.
5. Reward: getitem 1237,1 (Grimtooth).
