1. Follow Waltboughst branch in the level-4 weapon quest.
2. Turn in required materials and reach final reward roll.
3. At lv4_weapon == 57, script gives Exorciser.
4. Check line: getitem 1233,1.
5. If outcome is different, repeat the run.
