Chemeti Whip (Chemeti)

This is a token shop purchase, not a standard material turn-in quest.

1. Go to Prontera Inn: prt_in.gat 164,174.
2. Talk to Treasure Hunter's Shop ([Ash]).
3. Follow menu path:
What do you have in stock? -> Trade for Weapons -> Whips
4. Pick:
Chemeti - 130T
5. If you have #Treasure_Token >= 130, NPC deducts 130 tokens and gives:
getitem 1964,1 (Chemeti Whip).

Important:
• Tokens are stored in account variable #Treasure_Token.
• If insufficient, NPC returns the not-enough-tokens message.
