In this source, Candy is rewarded by Liana during a mid-stage of The Sign quest line.

1. Go to Geffen Inn: geffen_in 171,43, NPC Cute Girl ([Liana]).
2. In her father-related dialog, proceed to the letter request and choose:
I'll bring this to him
3. Take her letter (getitem 7276,1) to her father Engel in the Sign chain.
4. At Engel, select:
Here is a letter for you.
5. Later, Engel gives you a return letter (getitem 7278,1).
6. Bring that letter to Brenda Howard at geffen_in 159,48 to move state to signquest,20.
7. Return to Liana (geffen_in 171,43).
8. On her thank-you dialog, you receive:
getitem 529,10 (Candy x10).

Key dialog lines:
• Liana: Would you please bring my letter over to my dad?
• Engel option: Here is a letter for you.
