Branch NPC: Waltboughst at niflheim 331,72.

Important: Byeollungum is from a specific Level 4 weapon branch (lv4_weapon == 56) and is a random final result (Byeollungum or Combat Knife).

1. Progress the Level 4 weapon line to Waltboughst’s branch where lv4_weapon == 56.
2. Complete his luck-based game stage (rock-paper-scissors sequence in script flow).
3. After the win stage (LV4_54_SAY_WIN), talk to him again for final crafting output.
4. In the result dialog, you can get:
• Byeollungum! with getitem 1140,1
or
• Combat Knife! with its own item grant.

Key result line:
• Waltboughst never fails! ... You got a nice weapon here, it is...

Result:
• If you need specifically Byeollungum, you may need repeated attempts due to rand(1,2).
