Key requirements

2. You must be the guild master.
3. Creation window is time-limited (dialog says 10 minutes).

2. At forge step confirm:
• Make Brisingamen.
3. If materials and global conditions are valid, receive:
• Brisingamen (getitem 2630,1)

Important
• Successful creation resets all global seal variables to 0 and broadcasts a server-wide announce.
