How to get it
1. First obtain Black Key (from Machine Device at tha_t09 19,158 after key/charm setup).
2. Go to black seal:
• tha_t06 226,230
3. Choose:
• Investigate
4. Input exactly:
• Black Key
5. After memory scene, key is consumed and you receive:
• Black Charm Stone (getitem 7430,1)

Next use
• This stone is used later at statue phase with:
• Insert Charm Stone into Statue
