Step by step
1. Reach Sleipnir final stage at Cukure (god_sl_1 == 50).
2. Complete the ending reward dialogue.
3. Item is rolled via RNG (@god_treasure, @god_treasure1).

Biretta roll condition
• Branch must be @god_treasure < 201.
• Inside that branch, range is @god_treasure1 190..237.
• That range gives getitem 2217.
