Obtained near the end of Kiel Hyre quest, inside Kiehl's room event.

Steps
1. Progress Kiel Hyre quest to late Kiehl room battle/event.
2. After Kiehl dialogue, quest moves to stage where he tells you to retrieve the old ring.
3. Interact with old Kiehl body object.

System text:
• You retrieve the ring from the heart of Kiehl's old robotic body.

Reward:
• Allysia's Ring (item 7508)
