1. Go to Payon Dungeon 3 and talk to Nine Tail#2 at pay_dun03 48,84.
2. In dialogue, she asks for 999 Nine Tails.
3. Gather them and return.
4. Turn in the required amount.
5. Reward: getitem 5058,1 (Kitsune Mask).
