1. Talk to Jac at prt_in.gat 53,56.
2. Choose Join then Kafra Band.
3. Bring: Silk Ribbon x1 (10007) and Wild Flower x1 (10009).
4. Turn them in and wait for crafting dialogue.
5. Reward: getitem 5020,1 (Kafra Band).
