1. Talk to Orc Warrior#1 at in_orcs01 31,93.
2. Complete the long dialogue chain: early stage requires Jellopy x1000 ten times.
3. Then progress into Orc Warrior Voucher (931) accumulation and battle records.
4. At orcs_hero_hat == 13, reaching 10,000 victories grants the headgear.
5. Reward: getitem 2299,1 (Helmet of Orc Hero).
