In npc/quests/first_class/tu_acolyte.txt, there is no direct Blue Potion (item 505) reward.

What this script actually gives
In the Acolyte delivery segment at Hedrick (prt_monk 28,260), the reward is:
• Well-baked Cookie (getitem 538,1)

Conclusion
For this line in quest_list/list.txt, reward name and script output do not match. If you want, I can scan the project and list all actual quests that really grant Blue Potion.
