Step by step
1. Progress Kiel Hyre quest until you hold Golden Key (item 7491).
2. Open the steel box dialogue branch.
3. Inside, you receive a note and:
• Blue Keycard (getitem 7495,1)

Script cue
• Object text confirms the key fits the Steel Box.
• After opening it explicitly states you found a Blue Keycard.

Next use
• Blue Keycard is used later in Kiel Hyre mechanical door/keycard checks.
