2. Talk to Hair Ornament Girl.
3. In the menu, select:
-Bulb Hairband
4. She lists the requirements:
1 Slotted Circlet and 20 Glass Beads.
5. After you have both items, talk again and choose:
Yes, I would.
6. She takes the materials and gives Bulb Band (getitem 5034,1).
