1. Talk to Publisher at amatsu 223,235 and clear Momotaro Field Trip mini-event.
2. On return, Publisher gives random reward (switch(rand(1,10))) for that event state.
3. Earthworm the Dude is one of these branches (case 5).
4. Script confirmation: getitem 623,1.
5. If another item drops, repeat the event run.
