Profession Quest: Taekwon

1. Go to NPC Phoenix#TKJobChange.
2. In the first dialogue choose taekwon acceptance.
3. Complete level checks, tests, and required hand-ins.
4. Return to the same NPC for final confirmation.
5. Completion is done by Job_Change Job_Taekwon.
