Profession Quest: Rogue

1. Go to NPC Rogue Guildsman#rg.
2. In the first dialogue choose thief-to-rogue application.
3. Complete level checks, tests, and required hand-ins.
4. Return to the same NPC for final confirmation.
5. Completion is done by Job_Change Job_Rogue.
