Profession Quest: Bard

1. Go to NPC Wandering Bard (comodo 226,123).
2. In the first dialogue choose [You have a nice voice.].
3. Complete level checks, tests, and required hand-ins.
4. Return to the same NPC for final confirmation.
5. Completion is done by Job_Change Job_Bard.
