| inLockOnly 1 - ограничивает локацией lockMap.
если ты руками заводишь бота на локацию, а переменную не определяешь, то бот не понимает что он налокации |

| включи дебаг, поставь в тауне и перезапусти, и наблюдай, когда станет, он или будет пытаться повторить команду которую не может выполнить. или не будет ничего делать - значит в чем то запутался |

в первом варианте ты мог не все конфиги забрать. А во втором, то что вызывало ошибку ты не перенес в новый конфиг.
